About me
A seven-year Planning Commissioner, Julian Bivins has a diversified professional background including UVA administration, international business and econometrics. A graduate of UVA Law, and a resident of Albemarle County for over 35 years, he has broad leadership experience in philanthropy, early childhood education, inter-faith church affairs and theological education. He has lived and travelled extensively outside of the United States.
