Hope Rutter has over 17 years in affordable housing and is passionate about helping all obtain affordable, safe housing. She has experience in property and asset management, Tax Credit allocation, HCVP, LIHTC compliance, and Multifamily servicing. She is currently the Director of Rental Servicing for Virginia Housing.
